Mobility Production Support & Integration Developer (Remote)

About the role

The incumbent will support, stabilise and evolve mobility applications and integration systems for a leading Canadian retailer. Working remotely while residing within 250 km of Boucherville, the role focuses on production incident resolution, backend development and data‑flow engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve production incidents affecting mobile apps, backend services and integration layers; perform root‑cause analysis and implement resiliency patterns such as retry, circuit‑breaker and fallback.
• Design, develop and maintain backend services and APIs that power mobility applications; contribute to full‑stack solutions using Angular or React.
• Integrate third‑party systems including ERP, POS and e‑commerce platforms; participate in code reviews, testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain event‑driven pipelines (Kafka, streaming and batch); ensure data integrity across retail and enterprise systems and diagnose synchronization issues.
• Collaborate with IT, product, operations, store support and vendor teams in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience in complex distributed environments.
• Proficiency in French (spoken and written) and ability to work remotely within the specified geographic radius.
• Experience working in production support, Agile teams and cross‑functional collaboration.
