Merchandiser – Bridgewater (Device Allowance)

About the role

Coca‑Cola Canada Bottling is seeking a part‑time Merchandiser to work in grocery stores across Bridgewater, NS. You will be the front‑line ambassador ensuring our beverage products are fully stocked, attractively displayed and readily available to consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish Coke products on shelves, racks, coolers and end‑caps.
• Build, change or remove product displays while following company standards.
• Transport product between back‑room and sales floor using manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand‑trucks.
• Lift, carry and position items up to 50 lb (22 kg) repeatedly, including overhead work.
• Organise back‑room stock, report inventory levels and handle damaged or defective items.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and ensure compliance with safety policies.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 17 years.
• Physical ability to lift, kneel, squat and reach above head for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays (16‑20 hours per week).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company procedures.

Required skills

• Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand‑trucks.
• Basic inventory handling and stock organization.
