MEP Project Coordinator

About the role

Broccolini is seeking an MEP Project Coordinator to support the development and construction of remarkable buildings, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and the site team while upholding the company’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in organizing and coordinating all MEP aspects of construction projects.
• Provide high‑level support during the tendering phase, liaising with subcontractors to obtain pricing and update trade lists.
• Coordinate and follow up on plans and shop drawings.
• Attend project meetings, prepare minutes for the MEP Project Manager, and ensure timely distribution.
• Manage change orders and promptly communicate changes to the construction site.
• Receive, generate, track, and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) using construction management software.
• Provide support to the site and Health & Safety team as required.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3‑5 years of MEP construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
• Engineering degree or technical diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Understanding of contract terms and financials related to construction projects.
