Member Support Expert – Canada

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a Member Support Expert to deliver fast, transparent, and empowering assistance to its Canadian members. You will become a trusted point of contact, helping individuals and B2B customers get the most out of Alan’s health‑focused products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑channel support (chat, email, phone) to members and corporate clients.
• Develop deep knowledge of Canadian healthcare and insurance systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Ops, Sales, and Insurance teams to improve processes and the overall member experience.
• Lead strategic projects that scale Care operations in Canada, adapting best practices from other markets.
• Mentor junior Care team members and contribute to hiring initiatives.

Required profile

• Passion for member care and problem‑solving.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Builder mindset with high motivation and autonomy.
• Ability to stay empathetic and composed under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
