Member Services Representative (18‑Month Contract)

About the role

Join Meridian Credit Union’s Retail Banking team as a Member Services Representative on an 18‑month contract. You will deliver compassionate, advice‑based service to members while promoting products that support their financial wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a superior member experience by identifying needs, promoting relevant products and services, and making qualified referrals.
• Handle transactions accurately and promptly, ensuring proper due diligence.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality to protect member privacy.
• Participate in branch activities, support the Digital Ambassador Program, and help expand member relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve retail experience goals and foster an inclusive workplace.
• Represent Meridian in the community by taking part in local events and supporting community initiatives.
