About the role
No Frills is seeking a dedicated Meat Department Manager for its Humboldt, Saskatchewan store. This full‑time, day‑shift position leads the meat department, ensuring excellent customer service, strong sales performance, and compliance with merchandising standards. You will play a key role in shaping the shopping experience for our community.
Key responsibilities
- Anticipate customer needs and prioritize them in all actions.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and personal growth.
- Maintain merchandising and operational standards throughout the department.
- Account for departmental sales results and meet financial objectives.
Required profile
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service ability and talent for building loyalty.
- Prior experience in a meat or similar department is preferred.
- Ability to create a positive workplace by developing relationships and engaging colleagues.
- Previous retail or food‑service management experience.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
