Material Support & Logistics Project Manager (VIE) – Canada

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Canada is seeking a motivated VIE to join its Customer Center in Fort Erie. The role focuses on material support and logistics, driving operational excellence across the North American market.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse KPIs related to contracts and material management.
• Develop an alert system linking KPIs to operational data to anticipate deviations.
• Contribute to the AH Inc MS&L action plan and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with local front‑office and procurement teams to understand end‑to‑end MS&L flows.
• Assist in the local deployment of projects and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• EU citizenship (including Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco) and eligibility for a VIE contract (age ≤28, completed any military service).
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience using data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI.
