Material & Logistics Planner

About the role

BRP is seeking a Material & Logistics Planner to ensure the timely delivery of parts and materials needed for production. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to keep inventories low while meeting production schedules using just‑in‑time principles.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor parts delivery to support production schedules.
• Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to devise creative solutions and prevent shutdowns.
• Analyze strategies to achieve just‑in‑time objectives.
• Manage commercial relationships with suppliers and negotiate in BRP’s best interest.
• Identify improvement opportunities aligned with team goals.
• Develop and execute recovery plans with suppliers when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, operations management or related field, or a DEC in a similar area.
• 18‑36 months of relevant experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to work autonomously, lead, and perform under pressure.
• Team‑player with solid priority‑management skills.
