Marketing Project Manager, Social Media

About the role

RCL is seeking a creative, social‑first marketer to join the Reitmans Brand Marketing team. You will turn trends into engaging content and build community across multiple social platforms, ensuring the brand stays relevant and inspiring to Canadian shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
• Own and manage the social content calendar, delivering consistent storytelling for key brand and commercial moments.
• Lead end‑to‑end content creation, from briefing and capturing to editing and publishing.
• Produce photo and video assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
• Bilingual in English and French, able to craft compelling content for audiences across Canada.
• Strong project‑management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and emerging social platforms.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
• Video editing and content creation skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite.
