About the role

Cloud Star is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth. You will oversee a small team, coordinate promotional activities, and ensure the company’s messaging resonates across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market research data to inform business decisions and refine marketing tactics.
• Develop and direct marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Oversee creation of website content, press releases, newsletters, and other communications.
• Plan and publicise events, workshops, and fundraising activities.
• Manage distribution networks for products and services and evaluate digital presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience supervising 1‑4 team members.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi‑channel campaigns and manage budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating communication strategies.
