Marketing Manager II – Luxury Experience

About the role

Lyft’s Global Growth team is expanding its premium ride portfolio and is looking for a Marketing Manager II to lead the luxury experience segment. You will work closely with product, design, engineering, and operations to shape the roadmap and launch high‑impact initiatives that attract and retain luxury‑focused customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new luxury product experiences.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, influencing product and marketing roadmaps.
• Own outbound campaign strategies across the full funnel to drive engagement and growth.
• Conduct and synthesize market and competitive research, surfacing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product, User Research, Operations, Partnerships, and other teams to align marketing with business objectives.
• Write creative briefs and guide the end‑to‑end development of marketing touchpoints.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product marketing or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience launching product experiences that delight customers.
• Track record of using consumer insights to shape product and marketing strategies.
• Strong problem‑solving ability for ambiguous, complex challenges.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to tailor messages to varied audiences.
• Thrives in fast‑paced environments with a bias toward action.
