Marketing Manager – Consumer Products

About the role

Our client, a growing food manufacturing company, is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for a portfolio of consumer products. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the overall marketing strategy while executing hands‑on initiatives across brand, digital, packaging, and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy, annual plan, and calendar.
• Lead new product launches and commercialization from concept to market execution.
• Build brand strategies that strengthen positioning, messaging, and presence.
• Design go‑to‑market plans using market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Oversee digital initiatives including website, SEO, email marketing, social media, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Operations, and external partners on product development and promotional activities.
• Manage packaging development with agencies, designers, and vendors.
• Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and processes to measure performance and ROI.
• Control the marketing budget and advise executive leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and actively participate with the marketing team.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in food manufacturing or broader CPG sectors.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and brand growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to leverage consumer insights and performance data.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project‑management skills.
• Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.
