Marketing Manager – Community Marketing Strategy & Influence

About the role

As a Marketing Manager focused on Community Marketing Strategy & Influence, you will bridge TELUS' marketing vision with the real customer experience across Quebec. You will design and launch 360° campaigns that activate local markets, engage communities, and drive customer acquisition while ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized go‑to‑market plans for wireline and wireless offers.
• Design integrated campaigns (email, web, SMS/MMS) and oversee multichannel publishing with quality control.
• Craft communications for the full customer journey—from awareness to loyalty—including pre‑ and post‑acquisition messaging.
• Analyze performance metrics (open, click‑through, conversion rates) and continuously optimize using A/B testing.
• Manage influencer collaborations, prepare creative briefs, and maintain consistent tone across assets.
• Monitor Quebec telecom market trends, competitor positioning, and provide strategic insights.
• Update local web content, improve calls‑to‑action, and ensure compliance with Canadian legal requirements.
