About the role
Step into a pivotal role at the heart of the Wireline consumer business, leading strategic retention initiatives for the Entertainment portfolio. You will design and execute multi‑channel marketing programs that identify high‑risk customers and drive upgrades to next‑generation TV experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze churn data to uncover trends, segment high‑risk customers and develop proactive retention strategies.
- Design and launch multi‑channel marketing programs that enhance the Optik TV experience and increase customer value.
- Collaborate with product, base management, GTM, digital and retention teams to implement initiatives.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, own milestones, deliverables and KPIs.
- Provide strategic recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Strong project‑management abilities with experience aligning cross‑functional teams.
- Data‑driven mindset; highly analytical with ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Strategic thinker who challenges the status quo and seeks optimization opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing or business management (preferred).
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred).
- Telecommunications industry experience, especially in home services or mobility (preferred).
