Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. In this full‑time hybrid position you will help turn creative ideas into impactful campaigns that support product launches, events and digital initiatives across the appliances and electronics manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Research customer behaviours, market trends and purchasing habits to generate actionable insights.
• Plan, design and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including email and social media.
• Create and manage digital advertising efforts, monitor performance and report on ROI.
• Coordinate company events, product launches and customer engagement activities from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with design teams and external vendors to produce promotional materials that align with brand guidelines.
• Support new product roll‑outs with cohesive marketing collateral and communications.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations using sales and marketing data.
• Oversee social media accounts to ensure consistent branding and audience engagement.
• Assist with marketing budget planning and track spend against strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar marketing role.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
• Ability to analyse data, measure campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a creative, solutions‑focused mindset.
