Marketing Account Executive

About the role

OpenRoad Auto Group is seeking a Marketing Account Executive to serve as the primary marketing advisor for its Newmarket dealership and other locations across Ontario. The role involves developing and executing multi‑channel marketing strategies that align with OEM brand standards and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement dealership marketing plans, budgets, and campaigns that meet OEM requirements and sales targets.
• Act as the liaison between dealership general managers, OEM partners, and internal marketing teams, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
• Own dealership CRM and lifecycle marketing, incorporating local market data, consumer behavior insights, and competitor benchmarks.
• Lead cross‑functional project execution, prepare briefs, and coordinate with external agencies to deliver consistent brand‑aligned initiatives.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with dealers, prepare reports, and monitor scorecard metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in fast‑paced, multi‑location retail environments.
• Strong strategic thinking with a proven ability to manage budgets and drive growth.
• Understanding of automotive sales cycles and multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities in a time‑sensitive setting.
