Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to support our production environment. You will help develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes while contributing to new product and equipment introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Participate in project planning, feasibility assessments, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Assist with process troubleshooting, root‑cause investigations, and corrective‑action implementation.
• Contribute to equipment evaluation, installation, and automation projects.
• Maintain and update process documentation and work instructions.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Coordinate training and implementation efforts for new processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Several years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or process‑engineering environment.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and manufacturing best practices.
• Experience supporting equipment implementation, process development, or operational improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and project‑coordination skills.
