Manager, Visual Design - Agentic AI

About the role

Mastercard is building the Agent Suite, a new platform that enables enterprises to create, test and deploy customizable AI agents for commerce and payments. As the Manager of Visual Design for Agentic AI, you will lead the visual and presentation design of the Agent Suite consulting products, shaping how the solution is perceived and adopted by clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and elevate the visual expression of Mastercard’s Agentic AI consulting products.
• Develop visual concepts and storytelling narratives from early ideas through final presentations.
• Ensure all design outputs maintain Mastercard’s brand integrity while exploring innovative visual directions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—including product, engineering, and business teams—to translate complex AI concepts into clear, compelling visual experiences.
• Champion the design vision within the Agent Suite team and across the broader organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading visual design initiatives in fast‑moving, technology‑focused environments.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, “zero‑to‑one” settings and delivering results quickly.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to innovate at the intersection of AI, commerce and payments.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
