About the role
The Manager will lead a large subset of sales or operations activities within Desjardins, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality services to members and clients. You will be responsible for shaping the unit’s business plan, driving performance, and fostering a culture aligned with Desjardins’ cooperative values.
Key responsibilities
- Support the immediate supervisor with work organization, operational planning, and special initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and track the unit’s action plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Establish management and communication practices that promote change management, talent attraction, retention, skills development, employee engagement, and diversity.
- Define and oversee activities related to the unit’s services, ensuring projects achieve targeted business results and client satisfaction.
- Manage individual and team performance to support the administrative unit’s action plan.
- Continuously improve processes under your responsibility.
- Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values and represent the organization in business intelligence activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum nine years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience).
- Fluency in French.
- Strong orientation toward action, customer focus, decision quality, talent development, results‑driven mindset, and teamwork.
