About the role

The Product Integrations & Customer Success Manager leads the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for Mastercard's Ethoca products, guiding customers from the final sales stage through go‑live. This customer‑facing position works closely with sales, account management, and product teams to ensure seamless, high‑quality integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle: gather requirements, scope, configure systems, and conduct functional testing.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by responding quickly and professionally to needs.
• Analyze existing business and customer processes, recommending integration solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Provide product and technical expertise during pre‑sales and sales engagements.
• Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and competing demands.
• Run online product demonstrations and deliver customer training sessions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of internal onboarding systems and processes.
• Collaborate with product teams on new feature rollouts, enhancements, and launches.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts on the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing API and SFTP B2B technology solutions, preferably in fintech or SaaS environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a consultative approach to customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
