Manager, Product Delivery

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Delivery to lead the delivery readiness and execution of payment product implementations across Canada. You will collaborate with product, technology, operations, and client teams to bring new capabilities to market while ensuring speed, quality, risk management, and an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery governance for customer implementations of assigned products and solutions.
• Partner with product and cross‑functional teams to define and improve repeatable delivery models for scalable deployment.
• Provide program and project leadership, capture lessons learned, and evolve delivery capabilities.
• Define, document, and operationalize delivery processes, incorporating market inputs and performance insights.
• Support internal and client‑facing engagements, including planning, workshops, and readiness activities for successful launches and adoption.

Required profile

• Proven program/project leadership experience in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex business and technical challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured execution approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing stakeholders to drive shared outcomes.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity, proactive, resilient, and outcomes‑oriented.
