About the role

Join Baker Tilly as a Manager in Private Enterprise Services, leading review, compilation, and tax engagements for owner‑managed businesses. You will work closely with partners and client teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and client service teams to plan, execute, and complete review, compilation, and tax engagements for private enterprises.
• Manage engagement workflow from planning through completion, overseeing timelines, resources, deliverables, client communication, and billing.
• Perform detailed reviews of working papers to ensure compliance with professional standards and firm quality expectations.
• Support, mentor, and train a team of professionals on engagements, financial‑statement presentation, tax preparation, and firm methodology.
• Identify accounting, tax, and business advisory matters and provide practical recommendations to clients.

Required profile

• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA) with at least 5 years of public accounting experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a progressive management role within a CPA firm.
• Strong experience serving owner‑managed businesses and private enterprises on review, compilation, and corporate tax engagements.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and team‑building abilities.
