Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will partner with the VP of Finance Business Partner for the Experience & Disputes business within Security Solutions. This role drives financial close, budgeting, forecasting and strategic analysis to support revenue growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support the financial close process by analysing P&L variances against budget, forecasts, prior year actuals and key business drivers.
• Provide financial insights to leadership, leveraging detailed budgeting and forecasting expertise.
• Refine revenue forecasting models and incorporate market and product trend insights.
• Conduct top‑down analyses of historical revenue and driver trends to pressure‑test forecasts.
• Assist business verticals and regional leads in identifying and delivering revenue‑generating opportunities.
• Collaborate with product owners on product changes and supply financial inputs for business cases.
• Respond promptly to ad‑hoc information requests and derive actionable insights from historical data.
• Support strategy and process improvements related to budgeting, forecasting, systems and other key areas.

Required profile

• Experience as a finance business partner or FP&A professional.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with regional and product teams.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and strategic initiatives.
