Manager, Communications

About the role

Reporting to the Assistant Vice‑President of Communications, you will lead enterprise‑wide internal communications that directly influence employee experience across national audiences. The role blends strategic planning, content creation, and relationship management to support both employee‑focused initiatives and executive messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies and plans for specific programs, anticipating issues and creating contingency solutions.
• Collaborate with the AVP and cross‑functional partners to deliver consistent, strategic communications aligned with business goals and brand guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and communication teams to ensure clear, unified messaging.
• Lead the creation of tactical communication assets, managing timelines and project deliverables.
• Explore innovative communication methods and contribute creative ideas to enhance impact.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary degree in communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional communications experience, preferably in large, multi‑location organizations.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with national teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on employee and customer experience trends.
