Manager, B2B Marketing – Content & Integrated Campaigns

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a hands‑on B2B Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated campaigns and content for executive and decision‑maker audiences worldwide. The role blends strong campaign execution with the ability to translate complex data and analytics solutions into clear, compelling stories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of integrated B2B campaigns aligned with data & analytics buying‑center priorities.
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery across channels such as content, web, email, paid media, events and business‑development programs.
• Develop high‑quality, full‑funnel content for executive audiences, including thought leadership, whitepapers, reports and persona‑specific assets.
• Translate complex solutions into clear narratives, create audience‑specific messaging frameworks, and tailor value propositions.
• Collaborate closely with product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, digital marketing and business‑development teams to ensure alignment with go‑to‑market priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B campaign management and integrated marketing execution.
