Manager, Agent Suite Consulting Products

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager for its Agent Suite Consulting Products to shape product strategy, drive market penetration, and lead the evolution of existing solutions. You will work closely with internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure the portfolio meets the needs of both established and emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and strategies to maximize market share.
• Monitor product performance, manage change‑control processes, and oversee vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with customer teams, partners, and third parties to identify enhancements and new opportunities.
• Lead go‑to‑market initiatives that increase card issuance and acceptance.
• Conduct opportunity assessments, business case development, and financial modeling for new concepts.
• Coordinate advertising, promotional, and sales programs throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5‑8 years of relevant experience, including at least two years in a managerial role.
• Extensive background in new product development and market analysis.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to deliver solutions that benefit customers and Mastercard.
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and able to travel as needed.
