Key responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while working at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind‑the‑scenes operations.
• Develop the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and lead a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support in a hands‑on learning environment.
• Engage with the community to build relationships essential for business growth.
• Master customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operational processes.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university or recognized international equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or leadership roles.
• Valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s licence with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol‑related convictions in the last five years.
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
