Management Trainee – Full-time

About the role

Start your career with Enterprise Mobility in our Management Training Program. You’ll learn all aspects of the business while working at our Port Hawkesbury branch, gaining experience in sales, customer service, operations and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Learn business operations from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop operational expertise behind the scenes.
• Build relationships in the community to grow business.
• Master customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Four‑year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA or related).
• Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service or leadership roles.
• Valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean record.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past five years.
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
