Management Consultant, Principal

About the role

RAVL Advisory is seeking a Principal Management Consultant to lead complex technology advisory engagements. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding strategy, transformation, and architecture initiatives that deliver measurable, lasting impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships based on trust and value.
• Assess client needs, identify opportunities, and craft compelling proposals leveraging RAVL expertise.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants and technical experts to achieve engagement outcomes.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day advisor throughout the full engagement lifecycle.
• Adapt delivery teams to evolving client priorities and ensure financial performance of engagements.
• Coach and develop junior consultants, strengthening their consulting toolkit.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in technology strategy, delivery, or management consulting.
• Strong understanding of established and emerging technologies and their business applications.
• Proven ability to advise senior clients on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Excellent problem‑framing and synthesis of complex information.
• Experience leading consulting teams and multidisciplinary delivery groups.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and taking ownership for results.
