Maintenance Technician – Rotating Shift

About the role

Leggett & Platt Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its London, ON automotive operation. The position works on a rotating shift schedule and focuses on keeping production equipment reliable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
• Maintain equipment availability to support continuous production.
• Implement improvements that extend equipment life.

Required profile

• Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A certification).
• At least 2 years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright.
• Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Industrial automation troubleshooting.
• Wire and tube bending equipment operation.
• Fanuc robotics maintenance.
• Vision inspection system support.
• Engel or Multiplas injection molding machine repair.
• Electronics and electrical repair.
