Maintenance Technician

About the role

Join the corporate headquarters team of 3 Brasseurs as a Maintenance Technician. You will work directly in our restaurants, ensuring that all facilities – from kitchen equipment to building structures and patios – operate safely and efficiently every day.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose simple breakdowns, execute repairs, or apply safe temporary solutions while awaiting specialist assistance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Respond quickly to technical emergencies to minimise impact on guests.
• Maintain clean work areas and care for tools and equipment.
• Complete service reports and keep technical documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to prioritise repair needs and coordinate with external technicians.
• Enforce health, safety and hygiene regulations (CNESST / MAPAQ) during all interventions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Experience in the restaurant industry is a strong asset.
• Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, as well as kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
• Proactive, productive and able to work well with restaurant teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both French and English.
