Machine Operator – Plastics Processing

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our plastics processing team in Calgary. The position involves setting up, operating, and monitoring injection molding and extrusion equipment that produces a variety of plastic parts. You will be responsible for meeting production targets, performing routine quality checks, and adhering to strict safety and environmental protocols.

Required profile

• Ability to distinguish between colours and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Manual dexterity and capability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical stamina for a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
• Accurate, dependable, and punctual with strong oral communication skills.
• Organized team player who adapts quickly, takes accountability, and works well under pressure.
• Clear criminal record check and basic security clearance.
