Luxury Beauty Advisor – Chanel

About the role

The Beauty Advisor will represent Chanel within Holt Renfrew’s luxury environment, building lasting client relationships and driving sales through expert product knowledge and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service and consistently exceed personal and brand sales targets.
• Develop a loyal client base by acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and retaining repeat buyers.
• Share expert product knowledge with the entire store team and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and the selling manager.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and provide assortment recommendations to boost brand performance.
• Attend all product‑knowledge and vendor training sessions offered by Holt Renfrew.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales‑support tasks.
• Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, email, and mail regarding events, merchandise requests, follow‑ups, and special occasions.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalated matters.
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cybersecurity measures.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Minimum two years of experience in a commission‑based sales environment, preferably luxury retail.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Highly collaborative and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.
