Lumper / Warehouse Unloader

About the role

Great North Lumpers is seeking experienced Lumpers and Warehouse Unloaders to join their fast‑paced teams across the Greater Toronto Area. The role involves manual unloading of trailers and containers, palletizing products, and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manually unload trailers and containers.
• Palletize and organize product safely and efficiently.
• Sort freight, wrap and label pallets as required.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and meet unload targets.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous lumping experience.
• Prior warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently.
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• CSA‑approved steel‑toe safety shoes (required).
• Reliable transportation preferred.

• Weekly pay ranging from $750 to $1,500.
