Logistics Specialist – E‑commerce Operations

About the role

UNIQLO Canada is seeking a Logistics Specialist to lead its e‑commerce logistics operations. The role focuses on fulfillment, final‑mile delivery, inventory accuracy and cost control, supporting the growth of the online business while collaborating closely with the retail distribution centre.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day e‑commerce logistics, overseeing fulfillment, order flow, service quality, inventory accuracy and P&L performance.
• Manage final‑mile delivery operations, monitoring carrier performance, speed, cost, claims and customer experience.
• Coordinate with the retail logistics/DC team to align warehouse processes, intake planning, transportation and KPI reporting across e‑commerce and retail channels.
• Partner with internal functions (E‑commerce, IT, Merchandising, Finance, Customer Support, Retail Operations) to improve order fulfillment and support business growth.
• Monitor logistics partner performance using dashboards, KPIs and root‑cause analysis, conducting regular business reviews and driving corrective actions.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives for fulfillment and transportation, targeting process standardisation, productivity, cost reduction and service quality.
• Support import logistics and intra‑Canada transportation planning by coordinating volume forecasts, warehouse capacity and operational readiness.
• Negotiate and manage service provider rates, standards and operating requirements for fulfillment and delivery services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience managing e‑commerce logistics, fulfillment or final‑mile delivery operations.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to use dashboards and KPI data to drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and potential expansion into retail logistics.
