Logistics & Partnerships Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics & Partnerships Representative to grow and maintain our network of pick‑up points for Lufa Farms. The role combines on‑the‑ground business development with logistical coordination across Quebec City and Ottawa. You will travel to local businesses, convince owners to host a pick‑up location and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimise the pick‑up point network to guarantee efficient service.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners from onboarding through the collaboration lifecycle.
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to maximise operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address logistical needs and requests.
• Oversee onsite customer experience and ensure each pick‑up point meets Lufa Farms’ standards.
• Handle adjustments and unforeseen issues related to delivery schedules, order volumes and partner requirements.
• Analyse pick‑up point performance and support training for teams in Quebec City and Ottawa.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly between locations.
• Outgoing, confident public speaker able to persuade strangers.
• Resilient go‑getter who stays optimistic despite rejection.
• Bilingual French (strong) and English (acceptable).
• Comfortable using computers, customer‑service management software and Excel.
• Ability to work quickly, precisely and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with capacity to work independently and handle complaints calmly.
