Logistics Coordinator – Operations & Inventory Management

About the role

PRODUITS EDEN is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods and information across its retail and distribution network in Montréal. You will ensure orders are processed efficiently, shipments are tracked, and inventory is accurately maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Compile customer orders and instructions.
• Oversee and plan operational logistics for the organization.
• Track, complete, and follow‑up on work orders.
• Coordinate activities with other departments and monitor movement of supplies.
• Prepare and submit logistics reports, maintain work records and logs.
• Organize warehouse spaces, manage inventory, and keep shipments on schedule.
• Perform general office duties, including requisitioning materials and equipment.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high‑school diploma).
• 2‑3 years of experience in logistics, retail, or distribution environments.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, pressure‑filled setting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent oral communication in English or French.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a team‑player attitude.
