About the role

Kuthala Group is seeking a full‑time Local Transport Dispatcher to join its Georgetown, ON office. You will coordinate daily trucking operations, ensuring efficient routes, on‑time deliveries, and clear communication between drivers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise local transportation routes.
• Assign and dispatch drivers to scheduled loads.
• Monitor delivery schedules and provide real‑time updates to customers.
• Track shipments and resolve any service‑related issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with transportation regulations and company safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve logistics processes.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset for addressing routing or delivery challenges.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is an asset.
