Litigation Lawyer (Associate)

About the role

Our client, a growing boutique litigation firm, is seeking a Commercial and Civil Litigation Associate to join a close‑knit team. The position offers direct mentorship from a seasoned litigator, providing hands‑on training and significant court exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of civil and commercial matters, including estates, real property, mortgages, employment, and enforcement.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy.
• Appear in court and represent clients under the guidance of senior counsel.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and effective case progression.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in commercial or civil litigation.
• Strong interest in a balanced work‑life environment with flexibility.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
