About the role
We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join a top‑tier Canadian law firm. The successful candidate will work on a diverse portfolio of civil litigation matters, collaborating with seasoned practitioners while enjoying autonomy over their files.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, plead, strategize and manage complex civil litigation files.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and contribute to team discussions.
- Provide client communication, drafting, and negotiation support.
- Maintain high standards of judgment, business acumen, and attention to detail.
Required profile
- Member of the Quebec Bar with 3‑7 years of civil litigation experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate when needed.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client‑communication skills.
- Perseverant, detail‑oriented, and bilingual (English/French).
