About the role
We are looking for a motivated line cook to join our restaurant team in Prince Albert. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including sushi, while ensuring high quality and consistency for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following recipes and standards.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, managing daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to uphold hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong client focus with excellent oral communication skills.
- Flexibility, organization, and a team‑player attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
