Line Cook – Part‑time in Sparks

About the role

You love working in the kitchen and are responsible for the preparation, set up and execution of customer orders. You make sure that the quality and presentation standards of 3 Brasseurs are respected at every step of the preparation, and you are committed to preparing impeccable dishes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dishes ordered on your station in a high‑volume restaurant environment.
• Prepare and set up the different work stations.
• Assist the Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
• Clean your station and participate in overall kitchen cleaning activities.
• Respect the health and safety standards established by the company.
• Perform general cleaning during downtime.
• Assist the dishwasher when required.
• Carry out any other tasks requested by the Chef de Cuisine.

Required profile

• Ability to work as a team, listening and giving feedback to ensure collective pride.
• Ability to handle stress, organize time and tasks, and multitask under pressure.
• Manual dexterity and motor skills for handling kitchen tools with cleanliness and thoroughness.
