About the role
We are looking for a reliable line cook to join our kitchen team at Seal Cove Restaurant in Louisdale. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, including options for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Maintain inventory and accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen work areas and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling a demanding workload.
- Team player with dependability, initiative, and organizational skills.
