About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Line Cooks to join our team at Three Bears, a craft brewery and restaurant set in the heart of Banff National Park. You will work in a unique forest‑side setting, preparing chef‑inspired dishes that pair perfectly with our house‑made beers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the head chefs and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
Required profile
- Strong work ethic and clear communication skills.
- Previous experience in a culinary environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen.
- Flexible schedule to meet restaurant hours.
