About the role

Join the culinary team at The Queen's Cue, a boutique Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotel in Stratford. As a Line Cook you will help deliver high‑quality dishes across the Boar’s Head Pub, Lobby Lounge, and banquet operations, supporting a vibrant, guest‑focused dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items, daily specials, and banquet dishes according to established recipes.
• Maintain consistency, presentation, and portion control for every plate.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met in compliance with Ontario health regulations.
• Assist with mise en place, inventory checks, and kitchen organization.
• Collaborate with the Culinary Management Team to execute the culinary vision across multiple outlets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced culinary environment.
• Strong work ethic, passion for food, and ability to thrive in a team‑oriented kitchen.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Effective communication and multitasking skills in a high‑volume setting.
