Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse – Mobile Medication Dispensing

About the role

Join the Heart at Home team to provide in‑home medication dispensing and insulin management for clients across Greater Victoria. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), you will work in a supportive community environment, helping seniors stay independent in their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense daily medications to clients, following LPN or RN scope of practice.
• Manage insulin therapy, including blood‑sugar monitoring and injections.
• Collaborate with the Vancouver Island Health Authority and local healthcare providers to ensure seamless care.
• Provide companionship and act as a trusted daily contact for clients.

Required profile

• Current registration as an LPN or RN with the BCCNM.
• Valid BC driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and clean criminal record check.
• Commitment to compassionate, client‑focused care.
