Legal Researcher – Remote Contractor (up to $60/hr)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced legal researcher to join our multidisciplinary team on a remote, contract basis. You will work directly with legal, healthcare, policy, and finance professionals to produce high‑quality research deliverables for Fortune 500 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and review complex Word and PDF documents using tracked changes and data‑extraction techniques.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and align research outputs with project goals.
• Translate detailed research findings into concise reports and presentations that meet corporate standards.
• Evaluate and synthesize academic literature, legal statutes, and industry data to support project outcomes.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance with all guidelines in written deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum relevant professional experience in academic research, legal, policy, healthcare, or related fields.
• Master’s degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, deadline‑driven environment.
