About the role

Martine Law is seeking a Remote Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. The role supports the firm’s criminal defense and family law practice by qualifying leads, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Qualify potential clients by gathering relevant case information.
• Schedule case evaluations and coordinate with attorneys.
• Maintain accurate intake records in the firm’s CRM system.
• Track conversion metrics and provide regular reports on response times and data quality.
