Legal and Regulatory Compliance Advisor (6‑month contract)

About the role

As a Legal and Regulatory Compliance Advisor, you will design, implement and monitor the organization’s compliance framework. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that policies, procedures and behaviours align with legal standards and corporate ethics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update and oversee compliance action plans, programs and tools that balance business needs with best practices.
• Diagnose compliance issues, conduct analyses and propose recommendations to improve standards.
• Train internal practitioners, raise awareness and communicate the culture of ethics and compliance.
• Represent the unit before committees, partners and other organizational groups.
• Support business line activities and act as a liaison with other fields.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in legal or regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in French.
