Leasing Manager, Industrial

About the role

The Leasing Manager – Industrial will drive value creation across our industrial property portfolio by leading all leasing activities. Reporting to the regional portfolio group, the role ensures best‑in‑class leasing standards and supports asset, property and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary leasing support for assigned industrial projects and champion leasing initiatives.
• Negotiate new leases, renewals, amendments, subleases and transfers within established parameters.
• Obtain internal approvals and coordinate with asset management, property management, construction and legal departments.
• Provide market intelligence, tenant mix strategy and rental incentive analysis to maximise returns.
• Develop leasing programs aligned with company strategy and maintain relationships with clients and brokers.
• Oversee leasing budgets, quarterly re‑forecasting and reporting on performance against budget.
• Deliver administrative and marketing support to leasing and asset‑management teams.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in real estate, business or finance.
• 3‑5 years of progressive leasing experience, preferably in industrial properties.
• Demonstrated track record of completed transactions and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of leasing metrics.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Negotiation of commercial lease agreements.
• Knowledge of lease documentation and real‑estate terminology.
